29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #120 at Anhinga Drive SW, Loganville, GA 30052, Roof: On or about March 3, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 120 PSI while engaged in framing activities.
