Vernon, NY  a) On or about March 4, 2025, the employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program for employees who use chemicals such as, but not limited to Dykem Aerosol Remover & Prep, which contains acetone, ethanol and isopropanol while performing metal fabrication.  NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification nor documentation of abatement of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
