The exposure was derived from a sample collected for a 467-minute sampling period. b) Welding Area: On or about April 17, 2025, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that an employee tasked with welding lead and carbon steel panels was exposed to Lead Fumes at an 8-hour TWA of 48.623 �g/m3. This level exceeded the Action Level for lead (30 �g/m3). The exposure was derived from a sample collected for a 461-minute sampling period.
