29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket, were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket, or were using planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position:  a) 2250 Cobb Parkway NW; Second Floor Patio:  On or about March 5, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 17-feet from the ground level in that, the employee was allowed to stand on the mid rail of an aerial  lift to gain additional height for offloading materials onto a patio.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) 2250 Cobb Parkway NW; Second Floor Patio: On or about March 5, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 17-feet from the ground level in that, the employer did not ensure that employees were wearing fall protection while on the second floor patio receiving siding materials from the ground level.
