29 CFR  1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) On or about 11/15/2024, at the roof area of the site, Lockport, NY. Employee, who was working on parapet wall and tower stucco, was not protected by fall protections. Employee was tied off and rode an aerial lift to the roof, then un-tied from the basket and stood on the top of parapet wall to work on parapet wall and tower stucco without fall protections.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
