29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   (a) Shop Area, Robot Cell, Bridgeport Milling Machine; On or about March 6, 2025, the mill did not have a guard to protect the operators from the rotating drill bit.  (b) Shop Area, Wilton Radial Drill; On or about March 6, 2025, the drill did not have a guard to protect the operators from the rotating drill bit.  (c) Shop Area, Automatic Miter Bandsaw (Revolution Machine Tools Model S-SMART PM-13-15) ; On or about March 6, 2025, operators were exposed to the unused portion of the bandsaw blade.  (d) Machine Shop Area, Trak Machine Tools (model -Trak DPMRX5) Milling Machine; On or about March 6, 2025, the mill did not have a guard to protect the operators from the rotating drill bit.  (e) Machine Shop Area, Acer (model E-MILL5VK) Milling Machine; On or about March 6, 2025, the mill did not have a guard to protect the operators from the rotating drill bit.  (f) Machine Shop Area, Clausing Colchester Lathe; On or about March 6, 2025, the lathe did not have a chuck guard to protect the operators from the rotating chuck and workpieces.  (g) Machine Shop Area, Clausing Metosa Lathe (model C1545SS); On or about March 6, 2025, the lathe did not have a chuck guard to protect the operators from the rotating chuck and workpieces.
