(b) On or about 08/27/2025, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for citation 1, item 2 issued on 07/11/2025 with an abatement due date of 08/04/2025.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed    On or about March 4, 2025 at the Lubbock worksite employees were using a ladder to access and egress the roof that was not set 3 feet above the upper landing  The Griselda Moreno was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1562149, citation number_______1_______, item number____3____ and was affirmed as a final order on 02/14/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8810 County Road 6850, Lubbock, TX 79407 .
