29 CFR 1904.40(a):The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the required OSHA 300 , OSHA 300A, and OSHA 301 records within four business hours of the request: (a) on or about 3/7/2025, and at times thereafter, up to and including 6/11/2025, DEA employees working at 100 SW Main, Portland Oregon were exposed to occupational illness and injuries in that the employer did not provide OSHA Injury and Illness records to the OSHA inspector within 4 hours of being requested. The U. S. Drug Enforcement Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1715282, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/5/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 3333 E Spring Street, Long Beach, California, 90806.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i):The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. (a) On or about March 7, 2025, and at times prior thereto, DEA employees performing gun cleaning tasks at 100 SW Main, Portland, Oregon, were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Copper Solvent IV and M-pro-7 which are eye, skin, throat, and lung irritants. Employees were exposed to these hazards because the employer did not compile a list of hazardous chemicals The U. S. Drug Enforcement Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1534507, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 9/28/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 211 East 7th Avenue, Suite 420, Eugene, OR 97401
