29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) On or about 03/06/2025, during the construction and renovation of the facility located at 50 Prince Street, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection when employees were receiving drywall panels in a hoisting area 25 feet above lower levels.   Employees were exposed to fall hazards, when retrieving drywall materials.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
