29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4):   Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  At a worksite located at 1000 Midjay Dr, Liberty, Missouri. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard when using a folded Werner 6 foot A frame step ladder as access from the upper roof to the lower roof approximately 4 feet below. The ladder was used contrary to its design.
