29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   A.) DR Metal Roofing and Construction, 1236 Stanton Street, Sharon, PA 16146, On or about 3/11/25 and times prior thereto: employees were performing roofing operations on a residential roof at a height of least 11 feet without the benefit of any type of fall protection.  B.) DR Metal Roofing and Construction, 1236 Stanton Street, Sharon, PA 16146, On or about 3/11/25 and times prior thereto: employees were performing re-roofing operations on the roof of a residential detached garage at a height of at least 7 feet without the benefit of any type of fall protection.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation.  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. IN ADDITION, abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic, or video evidence or abatement or other written records.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  A.) DR Metal Roofing and Construction, 1236 Stanton Street, Sharon, PA 16146, On or about 3/11/25 and times prior thereto: the Gorilla brand ladder that was used to access the roof did not extend above the roof line.
