29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On or about March 11, 2025, during the installation of framing material at the job site located at Home Site 208, 139 Benjamin Way, Tallmadge Ohio 44278; the employer did not ensure employees working on a residential structure were protected from possible danger of eye injury from impact, or from flying objects from the employees installing siding material with air driven nail guns.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about March 11, 2025, during the installation of framing material at the job site located at Home Site 208, 139 Benjamin Way, Tallmadge Ohio 44278; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a single-family home were protected from a fall of approximately 21.4 feet above the ground by utilizing a fall protection system.
