29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a- 2701, 2703, 2705 American Place, West Windsor NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 23 feet 5 inches, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/12/25.  b - 2701, 2703, 2705 American Place, West Windsor NJ:  A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet 3 inches & 11 feet, when  walking and working from a residential structure's lower pitched roof, exterior wall top plates, etc. while not using fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 03/12/25.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
