29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, was not protected by protective helmets:  Worksite located at 401 SE 27th Street, Oak Grove, Missouri- Employee was exposed to overhead hazards while working directly beneath materials and employees on the roof and was not protected from impact by the use of  a hard hat.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Worksite located 401 27th Street, Oak Grove, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the edge of the roof and were not protected from falling by the use of any fall protection.
