On or about March 13, 2025, the employer did not ensure that his employees working in residential construction activities had the knowledge, nor the understanding associated with fall hazards.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system.  On or about March 13, 2025, on the southside of the project, two employees were observed performing roofing activities at the club house at heights that were greater than 6 feet without fall protection.  AM.ON Roofing and Remodeling LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1783061, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 11, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 12657 Cono Norte Dr., El Paso, TX 79934.
