29 CFR  1926.850(a):Evidence in writing was not available that an engineering survey performed by a competent person had been performed prior to permitting employee(s) to start demolition operations:  (a) 2602 Penn Ave, Reading, PA:  On or about March 13, 2025 - Seven employees were engaged in demolition activities without a written engineering survey.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
