29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): An employee was permitted to work in proximity to an electric power circuit that the employee could contact in the course of work and was not protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means: a) On March 11, 2025 at 2150 15th Street NW, an employee was exposed to electrical hazards when working in the accessibility zone without the proper PPE when the main 3 phase electrical panel and two secondary feeder panels had exposed energized components because the side panels were not in place.
