OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees who were exposed to struck by hazards:    (a) On March 9, 2025, at or near 105th Avenue NW & 59th Street NW in Tioga, North Dakota, employees were exposed to stuck by hazards while conducting pigging operations to remove water and ice from 12" layflat water transfer hoses.  Note Among other methods, feasible and acceptable methods of abatement to correct this hazard include, but are not limited to:   1. Follow the American Petroleum Institute Recommended Practice 15WT Operations for Layflat Hose in Oilfield Water Applications, Section 6.3.1.1 - Draining and Pigging Equipment. 2. Follow SES Holdings, LLC Best Management Practices Cold Weather Operational Guidelines, Section 16.5 - Cold Weather Operational Methods and Section 16.6 - Temperature Effects.
