On or about March 14th, 2025, employees used chemicals such as but not limited to epoxy,  resins, and acetone and the employer did not develop, implement and or maintain a written hazard communication program at the workplace.  Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
