Location: The rock in the Wave Pool Area at Fins Up Water Park  On or about March 14, 2025, employees of Hyannis LSOF Operating, LLC DBA Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod were exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards when accessing a 33-inch tall lifeguard station where the employer did not provide an adequate step or other safe means of access and egress.
