29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A), (c)(4)(ii)(B), (c)(4)(ii)(C) and (c)(4)(ii)(D):   a) Production Floor: On or about 3/18/2025, the lockout/tagout procedures for the DMGU50, did not include the scope, purpose, authorization, rules and techniques to be utilized for lockout/tagout procedures. Energy sources including electrical and pneumatic.  b) Production Floor: On or about 3/18/2025, the lockout/tagout procedures for the MORI SEIKI NMV5000D, did not include the scope, purpose, authorization, rules and techniques to be utilized for lockout/tagout procedures. Energy sources including electrical and pneumatic.  c) Production Floor: On or about 3/18/2025, the lockout/tagout procedures for the ROBOFIL 330, #175 did not include the scope, purpose, authorization and means to enforce compliance of the lockout/tagout procedures.
