29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. (a): On or about March 18, 2025, employees operating on pump jack scaffolds at approximately 13.4 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from fall hazards. Fall protection was not being utilized while performing siding work.
