29 CFR  1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours.   a) Facility: Occupation Safety Compliance Officer requested copies of the OSHA Forms 300 (Logs of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses) and OSHA's Form 300A (Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses) on 03/19/2025 during the opening conference and on 03/20/2025 via email. The employer provided the requested copies of OSHA 300 and 300A logs on 04/03/2025.
