Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a) Located at Building 2 - 2025 Luvee Way, Grove City, OH 43123: On or about March 17, 2025, the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees engaged in residential framing activity were protected from fall hazards of approximately 21 feet to the ground. b) Located at Building 3 - 2030 Luvee Way, Grove City, OH 43123: On or about March 17, 2025, the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees engaged in residential framing activity were protected from fall hazards of approximately 9 feet to the ground.
