29 CFR  1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about March 19, 2025, on the east side of the jobsite, an employee was screwing down roof deck boards on the edge of the roof, at a height of more than 6 feet, without a means of fall protection.
