29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Jobsite - 120 Wilson St. West Chester PA 19380: On or about March 20, 2025, An extension cord was used in lieu of permeant wiring to provide power four pedestal fans in the powder coating area. The employer used a temporary extension cords to power pedestal fans in lieu of permanent wiring for an extended period, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.
