OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to caught in between hazards from riding the rear step of a collection truck.    A) 800 East Grand St. Elizabeth, NJ 07201  An employee was exposed to caught in between hazard(s) during residential recycling waste collection operations while another employee was operating a Mac Rear Loader Garbage Truck #214. The employee was riding the rear step while the truck was in reverse and sustained serious injuries from being caught between the garbage truck and the stationary safety bollard.  Condition occurred on or about 10-4-24.
