29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.  a) Church renovation, located at  4667 N. Royal Atlanta Drive, Tucker, GA 30084, Roof: On or about 03/21/2025 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards over 40-feet to the lower level, in that a fall  protection system was not enforced while employees were engaged in corrugated metal roof and rolled insulation installation activities.
