29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)1500 Beechview Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216, On or about March 2nd 2025, employees were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 25-feet while installing roofing paper on a new roof as no fall protection was in use. i.e. harnesses, guard rails, etc.

On or about March 2, 2025, the employer did not conduct fall protection training for employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet while installing roofing paper.
