29 CFR  1910.22(a)(2):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the  floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition.   Location: 5661 Riverdale Ave Bronx, NY 10471  a) On or about March 21, 2025,  employees working  in the grocery store were exposed to slip and fall hazards due to leaks from the ceiling. The employer did not ensure that the floor of  the store was maintained in a dry condition.  Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the casefile, the employer need not submit certification nor documentation of abatement of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
