29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: On or about March 25, 2025, the employer did not ensure annual maintenance inspection/checks were conducted on all portable fire extinguishers within the shop. Portable fire extinguishers within the shop had been overdue for service since May 2002, February 2007 and January 2013.
