29 CFR  1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used. Crossbraces were used as a means of access:  a)  24 S York Road Hatboro, PA 19040- On or about March 25, 2025, employees had been working on top of a scaffold that was erected three sections in height and was located on the front facing side of the building without having adequate access to safely get to the working platforms. The employees were utilizing the scaffold cross bracing to gain access to the scaffold platforms.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews:  a) 24 S York Road Hatboro, PA 19040- On or about March 25, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards while laying bricks on a supported scaffold approximately 12ft without a guardrail system along all open sides exposing employees to fall hazards.  Shafars Masonry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1668146, Citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 320 US-9, WOODBRIDGE, NJ 07095
