29 CFR  1910.95(c)(1):The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent:   A)74 Veronica Ave Somerset, N.J 08873  On or about March 27, 2025 and thereafter, the employer failed to have a Hearing Conservation Program, including providing an annual audiometric testing and training  to employee(s) exposed to excess noise throughout the facility.    OSHA conducted personal exposure monitoring for noise on April 1, 2025, while employees were conducting normal daily activities for two employees in the Old Casting Room, two employees in the Trim Press Room, one employee in the Tumbling Room and one employee in the New Casting Room.   In the Old Casting Room personal monitoring measured exposures to noise at 79.8% and 90.8% Dose; equivalent to 8-hour Time-weighted averages (TWA) of 88.4 dBA and 89.3 dBA respectively.   In the Trim Press Room personal monitoring measured exposures to noise at 164.1% and 104% Dose; equivalent to 8-hour Time-weighted averages (TWA) of 93.5 dBA and 90.3 dBA respectively.   In the New Casting Room personal monitoring measured exposures to noise at 72.4% ; equivalent to 8-hour Time-weighted averages (TWA) of 89.3 dBA.

29 CFR  1904.41(a)(1)(i): The establishment had 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and the establishment was classified in an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, and the employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee by the specified date: March 2, 2025.  A)74 Veronica Ave Somerset, N.J 08873  OSHA Form 300A, 300, and 301 data for the calendar year 2024 was not electronically submitted to OSHA by  the March 2, 2025 deadline. The establishment employed 32 employees during calendar year 2024.  Condition noted on or about March 27, 2025
