29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  At 14719 Rue De Paridesse, Florissant, MO, 63034, on March 25, 2025, Employees were exposed to fall hazards due to the ladder being used to gain access and egress from the roof of a residential structure did not extend more than three feet above the roof line.
