29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) Jobsite at or near 110 N. Lansdowne Ave, Lansdowne, PA - On or about March 28, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in siding construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Employees were performing siding approximately 20 feet above ground level without the use of a fall protection systems, exposing employees to fall hazards.
