29 CFR  1910.213(d)(1):Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a)  Wood Shop:  On or about April 03, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that the employer did not install and maintain a guard on the table used by employee(s) to cut wood for the tops of pallets and the sides of crates used in shipping product.
