29 CFR  1926.405(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap:     a) Worksite: 29 Barclay Drive, Sag Harbor, NY 11963 - An employee was using a Hitachi Slide Compound Saw with a worn electric cord that had been spliced and repaired with painters tape exposing employees to electrical hazards; on or about 4/1/25.  Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
