There were no danger signs posted.

29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A), (c)(4)(ii)(B), (c)(4)(ii)(C) and (c)(4)(ii)(D):   On or about March 28, 2025, employees were performing cleaning in the Live Hang area where the lockout out procedures for conveyors  had deficiencies in that:  a) Conveyor 1 procedures had a photo that was not legible. b) Conveyor 1 procedures had photos that were referenced by number but the photos did not have related captions or labels. c)  Conveyor 2 procedures had a photo that was not legible. d) Conveyor 2 procedures had photos that were referenced by number but the photos did not have related captions or labels.
