29 CFR 1910.303(b)(6): Equipment located in damp or wet locations was not identified for that purpose.  a) 169 Martin Avenue Ephrata, PA 17522, Room 165, UPS Mechanical Room - Employees are exposed to electrical hazards due to metallic electrical junction box that was installed in a wet location, signs of corrosion were in plain view, on or about April 4, 2025.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
