29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:  a) At or near 1 Mallory Ave., Jersey City NJ -Top Floor Slab -Parallel to  Mallory Ave. facade: employees and other workers were exposed to electric hazards while installing concrete blocks and rebar from a scaffold platform that was apporximately 6 feet from an energized 13KV powerline, on or about 3/11/25.
