29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.   On or about 4/3/2025, the employer did not protect employees who were engaged in steel erection operations 15ft (1.8m) or more above lower levels while at the job site located at 3200 E. Outer Road in Scott City, MO. The employees were replacing a metal roof that exposed them to the hazard of falling from a height of greater than ten (10) feet.
