29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(iv): Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position.   In an ariel lift at a commercial retail building, located at 10015 North Dale Mabry: On or about 4/7/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees did not stand firmly on the floor of the lift while performing tree trimming activities.

29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  In an ariel lift at a commercial retail building, located at 10015 North Dale Mabry: On or about 4/7/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing tree trimming activities.
