29 CFR  1926.100(a):  Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about April 9, 2025, at the residential construction site, employees did not utilize protective helmets on the ground level when working directly below employees using pneumatic nail guns performing framing work.  Jose San Juan was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1558634, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/11/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1710 Hartford Mills Lane League City, Texas 77573.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a)  On or about April 9, 2025, at the residential construction site, employees were not provided eye protection to protect them from flying debris when using pneumatic guns and staplers while conducting framing work.  Jose San Juan was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1558634 citation number 1 , item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/11/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1710 Hartford Mills Lane, League City, Texas 77573.
