29 CFR  1926.1051(a):Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  a) New multi-family residential building located at 2571 Alcovy Trail Marietta, GA 30066: Building 8, lot 21, on or about 04/08/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 10-feet, 6-inches during access and egress from the 2nd floor in that workers were observed climbing down the wooden framework.
