29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) New commercial construction located on 2440 Buford Hwy, Buford, GA 30515: On or about 03/26/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 14-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in masonry activities working from a tubular welded scaffold system.
