Condition noted on or about 04/16/25 & 04/14/25.  c- 3rd Floor - North & South Facing - 300 Boulevard, Seaside Heights NJ: Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards when working and walking at and near the unprotected edges of a residential structure's 3rd floor balconies without fall protection.  Condition noted or or about 04/16/25 & 04/14/25.   d- 2nd Floor - North & South Facing - 300 Boulevard, Seaside Heights NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards when working and walking at and near the unprotected edges of a residential structure's 2nd floor balconies without fall protection.  Condition noted or or about 04/16/25 & 04/14/25.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
