29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22):Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:  a) Worksite 25 Narrow Lane, Watermill, NY 11968 - Employee climbed a 32 ft Werner extension ladder while carrying a piece of 4ft x 8ft plywood to be installed on the exterior of a chimney for a residential home The employee lost his balance and fell approximately 18 feet to the ground below; on or about April 8, 2025.  Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
