Construction, LLC at 2010 Industrial Street, Tea, SD 57064: On or about and at times prior to April 10, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while conducting roof truss framing activities while working from an unprotected scaffolding platform as well as standing and climbing on the mid rail of scaffold platform connected to the Ingersoll Rand VR-642C, Serial number:193351 material handler located in the middle interior of a commercial building. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet. (b)Duenas Bros. Construction, LLC at 2010 Industrial Street, Tea, SD 57064: On or about and at times prior to April 10, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while conducting roof truss framing activities while working from an unprotected scaffolding platform as well as standing and climbing on the mid rail of scaffold platform connected to the Rand VR-642C, Serial number: 178052 material handler located on the north side interior of a commercial building. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet.
