Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 25 feet to the ground.   (b) On or about April 11, 2025, at the 1757 Whispering Ct., Addison, IL 60101 job site, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from the hazard of falling to the lower level while performing residential roofing work around an unguarded skylight located in the East side of the roof.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
