At the Madison/Woodsdale Combustion Turbine Site, a floor panel in the generator electrical enclosure building was not secure, and an employee fell over 6 feet into the space below.

29 CFR  1910.151(b): In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons shall be adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies shall be readily available.  a) On or about March 31, 2025, the employer failed to ensure immediate medical attention for an injured employee who fell 6 feet 8 inches through an unsecured floor covering. The team lead called the supervisor, who arrived approximately 30 minutes later. The supervisor then contacted the plant nurse, who performed a phone assessment and subsequently drove the injured employee to the nearest satellite emergency room.
